My secure client portal accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, FSA cards, and HSA cards.
As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for my services. Click here to learn how to access your benefits to help pay for therapy.
I am a member of Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, which connects clients in financial need to therapists (like myself) who offer therapy at a reduced rate of $30-$60/session. We'll meet once per week every week until you reach your goal(s) for therapy. When we start working together, we'll agree on a day and time for your weekly sessions.
In your first session, we'll have a conversation about your goal(s) for therapy. We'll get really specific about how we'll measure the change you're hoping for. This will help us stay focused and accountable during our work together. We'll check in regularly to make sure you're making progress and make any adjustments as needed.
While the exact timeline differs for everyone, my intention as your therapist is to work myself out of a job (therapy won’t last forever). Once you've met your therapy goal(s), we’ll discuss your readiness to graduate from treatment. If you know that you'd like to work within a specific timeframe, we can tailor your treatment plan accordingly.
