Perinatal Therapy Intensives

  • You’re considering, expecting, or adjusting to a big new-parent milestone—and secretly scared you’re doing it wrong.

  • It’s been hard to hear yourself over the noise of everyone else’s strong opinions about what you “should” want or do next.

  • You're exhausted from all the energy you spend avoiding, fighting, or trying to control big feelings.

  • You're realizing your go-to playbook for managing everything is actually keeping you stuck instead of moving you forward.

  • You're ready for new, practical strategies you can use right away — not after months of processing.

FAQ for Perinatal Therapy Intensives

  • I’m currently accepting new clients with openings on weekday mornings. Specific availability can be seen when booking your session.

  • All new clients begin with a Perinatal Roadmap Session, which is $325. This session helps us understand your needs, clarify your goals, and create a personalized plan for care.

Following the Roadmap Session, each Perinatal Therapy Intensive is $650.

If you’d like to use your insurance to help pay for therapy, we can discuss how to check your out-of-network mental health benefits for this session. I work with Thrizer to make this as easy as possible.

  • We’ll meet in my HIPAA-secure virtual therapy room (link provided after booking). You’re welcome to join from anywhere in California that is private and has a strong internet connection.

  • Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your baby and to feed, change, or soothe them as needed.

If you have childcare and want uninterrupted space to focus on yourself, that’s okay too. You get to decide what feels most comfortable for you.

  • Many clients find intensives helpful when they're looking for focused support, meaningful progress in a shorter period of time, or an alternative to weekly therapy. During your Perinatal Roadmap Session, we'll explore your goals and determine whether an intensive is the best fit for your needs.
