Perinatal Roadmap Session
Becoming a parent has been so much harder than you expected
You're wondering if your experience is "normal" or something to be concerned about.
You want to talk to someone, but aren’t sure what kind of support would be most helpful.
You don't have the bandwidth to figure this out on your own.
Let’s connect for a Perinatal Roadmap Session.
-
We’ll have a gentle, guided conversation to better understand your perinatal experience so far, including how you’ve been feeling mentally, emotionally, and in your day-to-day life.
-
We’ll review your results from evidence-based symptom screening tools (completed before we meet) to help make sense of what you may be experiencing.
-
We’ll explore what feels most important or pressing for you right now, including specific areas where you might benefit from additional support.
-
I’ll offer feedback about potential next steps and we’ll collaborate to create a plan that feels right for you.
-
I’ll organize the key points from our session and share them with you through our client portal for you to reference as needed.
